Event Overview
On February 11, 2026, Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) from across Georgia will gather in person at the Georgia Freight Depot (across the street from the Georgia State Capitol) to celebrate the rich history and valuable contributions of our profession. This event provides a unique opportunity to connect with your peers, engage with legislators, and advocate for the future of MFTs in Georgia. If you’ve been wondering how to make a real difference in the state and nation, this is one of the most important and accessible ways.

- Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Breakfast, Speeches and Networking)
- Location: The Georgia Freight Depot, 65 M.L.K. Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30303
- What to Expect:
- A celebration of MFT’s impact on Georgia’s families and communities.
- An opportunity to network with fellow professionals and legislators.
- A chance to advocate for MFT’s role in mental health policy.
Location & Logistics
For those traveling from outside of Atlanta, we understand that getting here might be a big commitment. We want to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We will make sure you have a clear understanding of how to get to the event and parking. There is available parking at several locations around the Capitol, including the Capitol Lot, Memorial Lot, and Steve Polk Parking Lot. More details will be provided closer to the event.
